Cancelled Orders

Need to cancel your Znet Flooring purchase? If you decide to cancel, refer to the following scenarios for next steps:

  • If your order has not yet been shipped from the manufacturer, call us at 1 (725) 201-0303 or contact us for assistance. You will receive a credit for your order.
  • If your order has already been shipped or is in transit to ship, first accept the delivery. Then, call us at 1 (725) 201-0303 or contact us for assistance. Your cancellation will then be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.
NOTE: If you will be returning your order by common carrier, Znet Flooring can only accept your order if it has a return authorization. All other return deliveries will be refused.
