RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Znet Flooring offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee (minus shipping costs and restocking fees, which can also be mostly refunded later if the correct process is followed and a replacement product ordered from the same manufacturer – see below).

Our goal is for you to be happy with your order and with Znet Flooring! Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions, concerns, or any problems you may have.

Due to all our products being special ordered, the manufacturers will NOT accept returns on moldings, sundries or accessories.

Return Policy:

  1. Must be returning a minimum of 6 cartorns of flooring.
  2. Shaw, Coretec, and Anderson Tuftex products require to return a minimum of 250 sq. ft. of flooring.
  3. Must not be opened and must be in the same condition that it arrived or picked up.
  4. Cannot accept returns on moldings, sudries, or accessories.
  5. A 35% restocking fee and any shipping fees associated with the return shipping. 
  6. Anderson, CoreTec, and Shaw products may have a $300 return to warehouse fee
  7. Can only accept returns on products received within 30 days.

To qualify for the initial shipping cost and restocking fees to be refunded:

  1. A replacement order of equal or more value must be placed on our site from the same manufacturer as the returned product
  2. Cannot be moldings, sudries, or accessories.
  3. Must be 6 cartons or more. Must be atleast 250 sq. ft. for Shaw, Coretec, and Anderson Tuftex products.
  4. Be in its original packaging.
  5. Can not be installed, used, or marked in any way.
  6. Must be in the same condition as when order arrived or was picked up.
  7. The order must be returned in its entirety, no partial returns will receive a credit for shipping.
  8. Znet Flooring must receive the credit back from the manufacturer for return, this can take a couple of weeks after the products are returned.
  9. The order must be the original order, returns of replacement orders DO NOT qualify for refunded restocking and shipping fees.

Anderson, CoreTec, and Shaw products may have a $300 return to warehouse fee. This fee may be refunded upon placement of a replacement order of equal or greater value.

Items not eligible for return:

Due to all our products being special ordered from the manufacturer, we will not accept returns on the following items:

  1. Less than 6 cartons of any flooring material.
  2. Less than 250 sq. ft. of any Shaw, Coretec, and Anderson Tuftex flooring material
  3. Any materials marked as “DISCONTINUED”, “SPECIAL GOODS”, "clearance", or "unreturnable" are NOT eligible for return.
  4. Moldings, Trim Pieces, Treads, accessories or installation supplies are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective.
  5. custom made rugs, moldings, pad/underlayment, tools, glues, putty/fillers, cleaning materials, etc.

General Return Requirements

Please notify us within 7 days from receipt of delivery if you wish to return merchandise, we will work on getting you an RA (return authorization) number: Please fill out our contact form or call us at (725) 201-0303. Not all items are eligible for return, please read this policy in whole.

All items to be returned, must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as they were when you received them. Carpet must be still wrapped and uncut, and pre-made rugs must be in original packaging and in new condition (custom rugs cannot be returned). Any materials marked as "clearance" or "unreturnable" aren't eligible for return. Discontinued items are not eligible for return.

All returns will require an RA number or they will be refused, RA numbers will only be issued for the first 30 (thirty) days, no returns will be accepted after 30 days. The RA number must be written on a sheet of paper clearly and taped (not written directly on your packages) to the return shipment. You are responsible for shipping your merchandise back to the nearest manufacturer's warehouse. We can arrange for one of the carriers we work with, at your cost, to pick up your return: The packages must be ready for shipment, neatly stacked on and affixed to the pallet (if a pallet came with your shipment). If you picked up your order from one of the manufacturer's warehouses, you can bring it back to the same location to avoid shipping charges to that warehouse (restocking fees and shipping to their main stocking warehouse still apply).

We recommend you ship back the merchandise via an insured method so shipment is easily tracked in the case of loss or in case of damage (or you can return the materials yourself if you are able). You are responsible for all shipment fees to and from your location. You are also responsible for the 35% restocking fee (we will refund the restocking fee and the initial shipping/warehouse fee if you make a replacement purchase on our site from the same manufacturer as your returned products of equal or greater value (lesser valued replacement purchases would be refunded short the price difference), you would still be responsible for transporting the returned product to the manufacturer's warehouse (for Shaw products, their stocking warehouse in Adairsville Georgia. Ask us for details). Before any refunds are issued, we must receive the credit back from the manufacturer after they receive and inspect the returned product.

We cannot accept returns of special mill orders, accessories, or installation supplies unless damaged or defective. Examples of items we cannot accept returns of: custom-made rugs, moldings, pad/underlayment, tools, glues, putty/fillers, cleaning materials, etc.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment for any damage or missing items. In the cases where you may have damaged or missing items, please note this on the driver’s bill of lading in detail and NEVER write something vague such as "subject to inspection", and if possible, take a picture before unpacking. If damaged or missing items weren't noted at the time of delivery, we will be unable to file a claim with the freight company. In order for us to replace damaged or missing items, they must be noted on the delivery paperwork. Please be sure to keep all delivery paperwork, packaging, and damaged materials. If you were to refuse shipment, you will be charged for the return shipment and a restocking fee from the manufacturer unless more than half the materials are damaged and unsalvagable (please take photos). Refusing delivery WILL NOT qualify for a 30-day full refund return, as we need to receive an RA number from the manufacturer prior to shipment.
