Mohawk V-One is a clear set, solvent free, multi-functional pressure sensitive adhesive made for the interior installation of all Mohawk sheet goods, LVT/LVP and composite tile over approved substrates. This adhesive is formulated to have extended working time for flexible installations. Mohawk V-One meets all Federal, State, and local government indoor air quality regulations. Up to 250 sf/gal 1/16" x 1/16" x 1/32" U-notch trowel or Up to 350 sf/gal 3/8" Nap paint roller.

Mohawk PrimeCoat is a topically applied modified acrylic floor primer used to treat dry, dusty or porous substrates for a better bonding surface and to help ensure proper adhesive bond. Mohawk PrimeCoat is recommended to prime porous or dry substrates before installations to provide a smooth, tack-free surface that will improve adhesive application. Use on concrete substrates to reduce surface pH from as high as 12.0 to an acceptable level of 9.0 or less. Mohawk PrimeCoat may also be used to prime gypcrete surfaces and to de-tack adhesive residues. Apply one coat of PrimeCoat with a 3/8” nap roller as an even coat over the entire surface of the floor at a rate of 315 sf per gallon (1330 sf per pail). Allow the floor to dry completely after application.

Mohawk HydroSeal is a penetrating as well as a film-forming modified acrylic compound to be used to protect concrete substrates with in-situ Relative Humidity readings up to 90% per ASTM F2170, and alkalinity up to a pH of 11.0. It also may be used to treat dusty or porous substrates for a better bonding surface. Mohawk HydroSeal is nonflammable and dries to a clear film that is alkali, plasticizer, and water-resistant. To clean up while wet, use soapy water; when dry, a solvent may be required. Containers must be kept tightly closed. Protect from freezing.

Mohawk SurfaceSeal will also improve dusty and porous floors to provide a clean surface for better adhesive bonds. It contains “zero calculated” VOC’s and does not contain any known hazardous materials. Existing adhesive must be mechanically removed to surface of the concrete Apply with a 3/8” short nap paint roller. *Cutback may contain asbestos fibers and should not be dry sanded or scraped. When removing excess, wet with water to prevent any dusting or treat as per local regulations (Znet recommends having professionals do asbestos removal).
Spray adhesive,6 pack of 22oz cans (allow to dry with no transfer to fingers when lightly touched -pressure sensitive adhesvie). Coverage depends on substrate type -roughly 140-160 sf per can.
